Kevin brings more than 20 years of invaluable leadership experience garnered from market-leading corporations in the UK, United States, Finland, and the Netherlands. Throughout his career, he has spearheaded and successfully executed culture change programs, growth strategies, acquisitions, and divestitures across diverse industry sectors, including steel, lift/lifting equipment, and construction equipment manufacturing. Kevin’s professional journey has taken him across the globe, allowing him to gain extensive international exposure. He has traversed the United States, Australia, Africa, India, China, the Middle East, and throughout Europe. Kevin’s outstanding leadership abilities have been recognised with numerous business awards, including the prestigious Unisys Management Today Service Excellence Award, which was won by one of the organisations he led. For the past decade, Kevin has made significant contributions as a Senior Lecturer and Executive MBA Course Director at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. It was during this tenure that he also completed his PhD in the field of organisational culture formation and permeation, further solidifying his expertise in the subject matter. Today, Kevin leverages his wealth of knowledge and experience as an independent consultant, specialising in organisation leadership, strategy development, and culture change. With a passion for guiding businesses towards transformative success, he is dedicated to helping organisations thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
